How to Brew a Great Cup of Coffee

Coffee is made into a drink by putting the coffee into boiling water. This is called "brewing" coffee. Below are a few tips to keep in mind to brew your best cup ever!

  • Always clean your coffee pot or espresso machine after every use and then use cold, fresh water to brew coffee as it adds to a fresher and richer taste. Don't forget to check your cups and mugs.

  • Avoid using soft waters (regular tap water and distilled water) while preparing your cup of coffee; rather use water from purifiers or bottled spring water usually available at the local grocery store.

  • Use Premium Roaster's Pride coffee beans! Using quality beans will give you the freshest and most flavorful pot of coffee. Always store beans in an air tight container. Only allow air to touch coffee beans right before they are used.

  • Usually about (2) two rounded tablespoons of coffee per cup of water is used.

  • After you have finished brewing the freshest cup of coffee you have ever tasted, remember to remove the filter from the coffee machine and never allow the filter to continue dripping into the freshly brewed coffee.
